If the phone is infected, first switch off the smartphone then reboot the phone by pressing the sound button and off button together. If the reboot option is open, press the restart button so that no damage is done to the phone at this time. After restarting, go to Settings and go to Options Then go to the options and see first, the apps that you have downloaded the latest. If you see any unwanted app, click on it.
Then uninstall the unwanted app. And if you see that there is no uninstall button, then first you have to withdraw 'admin access' from the app. Then go to Security option from Settings and go to Device Administrator option, select the unwanted apps and uninstall them. This time restart the phone. But keep in mind that this time you have to restart in normal mode.
If the above method does not work, then go to Settings option> System> Reset option> Erase all data option. Then you will see that all the data of your phone will be deleted and the mobile will be turned on like a new phone. Then install the necessary apps one by one. Then use the phone very well. You will see later that your virus has been removed from the phone. But remember, resetting the phone will take away all the internal data of your mobile. In that case, think before you reset, then do it.
